Description: The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Oracle Database Core component. This allows a high-privileged attacker with SYSDBA privilege and logon access to the infrastructure to compromise the Oracle Database Core, resulting in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of the accessible data.

Recommendations: For versions 19.3 through 19.23, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent unauthorized access to data. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
