Description:
The issue is related to a heap-based buffer overflow in dynamic memory, which could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code using a specially crafted file. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user.
Recommendations:
For Adobe Animate versions 24.0.2 and 23.0.5, update to a version that contains a fix for this issue.
For versions earlier than 23.0.5, update to a version that contains a fix for this issue.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
