Description
The issue is related to a double free in the
stm register device() function, which can be triggered by the put device(&stm->dev) call. This call frees the stm variable, and the subsequent vfree(stm) call results in a double free. The vulnerability may allow an attacker to impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected information.Recommendations
