Description
The issue is related to an integer overflow in the Skia graphics library used by Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. This can be exploited by a remote attacker using a specially crafted HTML page, potentially allowing them to disclose protected information or impact data integrity. The exploitation involves an out of bounds memory write.
Recommendations
For Google Chrome versions prior to 129.0.6668.70, update to version 129.0.6668.70 or later to resolve the issue.
For Microsoft Edge, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
