Description The issue is related to the Diagnostics component of Oracle Applications Manager, which is part of the Oracle E-Business Suite. It allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Applications Manager. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Applications Manager accessible data, as well as unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Applications Manager accessible data. The vulnerability is easily exploitable and can be accessed remotely using the HTTP protocol.
