Description
A maliciously crafted 3DM file can cause a Heap-Based Buffer Overflow when parsed in AcTranslators.exe through Autodesk AutoCAD. This issue can be leveraged by a malicious actor to cause a crash, write sensitive data, or execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process. The vulnerability is related to a buffer overflow in memory, which can allow an attacker to gain unauthorized access to protected information, execute arbitrary code, or cause a denial of service using a specially crafted malicious 3DM file.
