Description:
The issue is caused by a maliciously crafted CATPART file that, when parsed in CC5Dll.dll and ASMBASE228A.dll through Autodesk AutoCAD, may force an Out-of-Bounds Write. This can allow a malicious actor to cause a crash, read sensitive data, or execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process. The vulnerability is related to a buffer overflow in dynamic memory.
