Description: The issue is related to errors in resource management in the io uring/af unix component of the Linux kernel. This can lead to problems such as file reference cycles, which have caused issues for io uring in the past. The safest solution is to completely disallow sending io uring files via sockets via SCM RIGHT to prevent possible cycles involving registered files. This issue may allow an attacker to cause a denial of service.
Recommendations: At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
