Description:
The issue is related to a memory corruption vulnerability in the AcTranslators.exe executable file of Autodesk AutoCAD, caused by a buffer overflow. This can be exploited by a malicious actor using a specially crafted CATPART file, potentially allowing them to write sensitive data or execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process. The vulnerability can be triggered when a maliciously crafted CATPART file is parsed in AcTranslators.exe through Autodesk AutoCAD.
