Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
Intel(R) FPGA products versions prior to 24.1
Description:
The issue is related to improper access control in the firmware of some Intel(R) FPGA products, which may allow a privileged user to enable escalation of privilege via local access. This is due to errors in access control.
Recommendations:
For versions prior to 24.1, update to version 24.1 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting local access to the firmware to minimize the risk of exploitation.
