Description: The issue is related to the stmmac component of the Linux kernel, which is associated with resource management errors. This could result in a kernel panic when performing certain actions such as reconfiguring the number of queues, reconfiguring the size of the ring buffers, or installing/removing an XDP program. The panic can be prevented by ensuring that netif tx disable is called when stopping an interface.
