Description:
The issue is related to the Linux kernel's clk: sunxi-ng: h6 component, where a PLL CPUX clock rate change can cause instability, leading to system crashes and undefined behavior. This occurs when the CPU is running from the PLL CPUX clock and the rate change causes issues. The problem has been resolved by reparenting to a stable clock, such as a 24 MHz oscillator, after extensive testing.
