Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description: The issue is related to the macsec component of the Linux kernel, which causes a resource leak when handling the NETDEV UNREGISTER event due to the underlay driver not being notified to clean its macsec offload resources.
