Description The issue is related to a buffer underflow vulnerability. Exploitation of this issue could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user. This requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file, allowing the attacker to manipulate memory and execute code under the privileges of the current user.

Recommendations For Adobe Animate versions 23.0.8 and earlier, update to a version later than 24.0.5 to resolve the issue. For Adobe Animate version 24.0.5 and earlier, update to a version later than 24.0.5 to resolve the issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability, however, the above recommendations should be followed to mitigate the risk.
