Description
The issue is related to a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. It can be exploited if an attacker convinces a victim to visit a URL referencing a vulnerable page, allowing malicious JavaScript content to be executed within the context of the victim's browser. The vulnerability is also associated with insufficient protection of the web page structure, which may allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations
For Adobe Connect version 12.6, update to a version that includes a fix for this issue.
For Adobe Connect version 11.4.7 and earlier, update to a version that includes a fix for this issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to vulnerable pages until a patch is available.
