Description The issue is related to a buffer overflow in the CGIbyFieldName parameter at the chglog.cgi endpoint. This allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted input. The vulnerability can be exploited by a remote attacker.
Recommendations For Draytek Vigor 3910 version 4.3.2.6, consider disabling access to the chglog.cgi endpoint or restricting the use of the CGIbyFieldName parameter until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the CGIbyFieldName parameter in the affected endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
