Description The issue is related to a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that could allow an attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. When a victim browses to the page containing the vulnerable field, malicious JavaScript may be executed in their browser. The vulnerability is associated with insufficient protection of the web page structure, which could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.21 and earlier, consider disabling the vulnerable form fields until a patch is available. Restrict access to the affected pages to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the vulnerable fields in the affected API endpoints until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
