CVE-2024-43735

CVSS v2.0

5.5

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:S/C:P/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.21 and earlier
Description The issue is related to a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. If an attacker convinces a victim to visit a URL referencing a vulnerable page, malicious JavaScript content may be executed within the context of the victim's browser. The vulnerability is associated with insufficient protection of the web page structure, which can allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.21 and earlier, update to a version later than 6.5.21 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to vulnerable pages to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using URLs that reference vulnerable pages until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about additional mitigation measures.
