Description:
The issue is related to a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This vulnerability could be exploited by an attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. As a result, malicious JavaScript may be executed in a victim's browser when they access the page containing the vulnerable field.
Recommendations:
For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.21 and earlier, consider disabling the execution of JavaScript in form fields until a patch is available. Restrict access to vulnerable form fields to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using vulnerable form fields in the affected API endpoints until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
