Substance3D - Modeler versions 1.14.1 and earlier
Description:
The issue is related to an out-of-bounds write vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction, as a victim must open a malicious file. This vulnerability is associated with reading beyond the buffer boundaries in memory, which can allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code using a specially crafted file.

For Substance3D - Modeler versions 1.14.1 and earlier, update to a version later than 1.14.1 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the use of files from untrusted sources to minimize the risk of exploitation. Restrict access to potentially malicious files to prevent the vulnerability from being exploited.
