Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the title tag and html tag parameters of the 'Site Title' widget. This allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages, which will execute when a user accesses an injected page.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.4.6.8, consider disabling the 'Site Title' widget until a patch is available to prevent exploitation.
