Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
transformeroptimus/superagi (affected versions not specified)
Description
An information disclosure issue exists, allowing an attacker to leak sensitive user information, including names, emails, and passwords. This can be achieved by attempting to register a new account with an email that is already in use, causing the server to return all information associated with the existing account. The vulnerable endpoint is located in the "user registration functionality".
Recommendations
As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the user registration functionality until a patch is available.
Restrict access to the user registration endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation.
Avoid using the email parameter in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
