CVE-2024-10725

CVSS v3.1

5.4

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions phpipam/phpipam version 1.5.2
Description A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) issue exists, allowing an attacker to inject malicious scripts into the application. These scripts are then executed in the context of other users who view the affected pages. The issue occurs when editing the NAT destination address, where user input is not properly sanitized. This can lead to data theft, account compromise, and other malicious activities.
Recommendations For phpipam/phpipam version 1.5.2, update to version 1.7.0 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the NAT destination address editing feature to minimize the risk of exploitation.
