Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the UserDataExchangeServiceClient::unpackVoiceTagArchiveOptimized() function of the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) multimedia system. This can allow an attacker to elevate privileges and write arbitrary files. The system contains functions to import or export profile settings over USB, and due to missed checks, an attacker can achieve arbitrary file write with service speech rights.
