Description A memory leak issue has been identified in the Linux kernel, specifically in the dmaengine tegra component. The problem occurs when terminating an ongoing transfer, which can lead to memory leaks. The issue is resolved by terminating the vdesc when an ongoing transfer is terminated, ensuring the descriptor is present in the desc terminated list and will be freed later.
