CVE-2025-1665

CVSS v3.1

6.4

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Avada (Fusion) Builder plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 3.11.14
Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via several of the plugin's shortcodes due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes. This allows authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
Recommendations For Avada (Fusion) Builder plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 3.11.14, update to a version higher than 3.11.14 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the shortcodes that allow user-supplied attributes to minimize the risk of exploitation.
