Description
The issue arises from a potential memory corruption in the
child cfs rq on list function. This function attempts to convert a prev pointer to a cfs rq, which can be invalid and lead to memory corruption. The problem occurs when both cfs rq->leaf cfs rq list and rq->leaf cfs rq list are added to the same leaf list, and rq->tmp alone branch can be set to rq->leaf cfs rq list. A check has been added to ensure the container of operation converts a correct cfs rq struct. This issue could lead to unpredictable behavior when the struct layout changes.Recommendations
