Description
A use after free issue has been identified in the Linux kernel, specifically in the RapidIO subsystem. The
rio add net() function calls device register(), and if device register() fails, it leads to an API misuse. To fix this, put device() should be used instead of kfree(). Additionally, setting mport->net = NULL prevents the use after free issue.Recommendations
