Description A bug in the Linux kernel's ksmbd component has been resolved. The issue occurs when the lock count is greater than 1, causing flags to potentially hold an old value. This should be checked with the flags of smb lock, not flags. The bug can lead to a trap in the locks free lock error handling routine.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
