VectorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A issue in the Linux kernel has been resolved, related to the HID corsair-void component. The corsair void process receiver function can be called from an interrupt context, and locking battery mutex in it was causing a kernel panic. The fix involves moving the critical section into its own work, sharing this work with battery add work and battery remove work to remove the need for any locking.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
