CVE-2025-2836

CVSS v3.1

6.4

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions RegistrationMagic – Custom Registration Forms, User Registration, Payment, and User Login plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 6.0.4.3
Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the payment method parameter due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 6.0.4.3, consider disabling the payment method parameter until a patch is available to prevent exploitation. Restrict access to pages that use this parameter to minimize the risk of arbitrary web script injection.
