Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
Adrian Tobey WordPress SMTP Service, Email Delivery Solved! — MailHawk versions 1.3.1 and earlier
Description:
The issue is related to improper control of filename for Include/Require Statement in PHP Program, also known as 'PHP Remote File Inclusion' or 'PHP Local File Inclusion'. This allows an attacker to include local PHP files.
Recommendations:
For versions 1.3.1 and earlier, update to a version later than 1.3.1 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to sensitive files and directories to minimize the risk of exploitation.
