Description The issue affects the RDBMS Listener component of Oracle Database Server, allowing an unauthenticated attacker with network access via Oracle Net to compromise the RDBMS Listener. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all RDBMS Listener accessible data.
Recommendations For versions 19.3 through 19.26, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. For versions 21.3 through 21.17, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. For versions 23.4 through 23.7, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the RDBMS Listener component until a patch is available.
