Description A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved. The issue is related to the iio backend, where a stack buffer was not properly NULL terminated before being passed to the sscanf() function. This could potentially lead to issues as the buffer is a stack variable and should not be assumed to be 0 initialized.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
