Description A memory allocation error in the Linux kernel's netfilter module has been resolved. The issue occurred because the ctx variable in nfqnl build packet message() could be used before it was properly initialized, which is only done by nfqnl get sk secctx(). This problem has been corrected by initializing lsmctx to a safe value when it is declared. The estimated number of potentially affected devices worldwide is not available. There is no information about real-world incidents where this issue was exploited.
