Description
A pre-auth buffer overflow vulnerability was found in the
setNoticeCfg function through the IpTo parameter. This issue affects multiple TOTOLINK router models.Recommendations

setNoticeCfg function until a patch is available.
For TOTOLINK A810R version 4.1.2cu.5182 B20201026, restrict access to the IpTo parameter in the affected function to minimize the risk of exploitation.
