VectorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description The issue is related to the Linux kernel, specifically with the perf/dwc pcie component. It occurs when struct device pci dev is wrongly used as platform data during platform device register, causing a kmemdup copy of pci dev. This leads to list corruption when accessing the duplicated device, as its mutex content remains the same as the original.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
