Description A use after free bug was detected by KASAN in the Linux kernel, specifically in the drm/imagination module. The issue occurs when the fragment job is being prepared by the GPU scheduler and accesses the geometry job structure, which can be freed prematurely. To fix this, the fragment job now takes a reference on the geometry job, preventing it from being freed until the fragment job no longer requires it.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
