VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Compare Products for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 3.2.1
Description The issue is related to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the s feature parameter due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 3.2.1, consider disabling the s feature parameter until a patch is available to prevent exploitation. Restrict access to the Compare Products for WooCommerce plugin to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the s feature parameter in affected pages until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
