VectorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description The issue is related to the function dpu plane virtual atomic check in the Linux kernel, which was dereferencing pointers returned by drm atomic get plane state without checking for errors. This could lead to undefined behavior if the function returns an error pointer. The problem has been resolved by adding checks using IS ERR to ensure that plane state is valid before dereferencing them.
