Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved. The issue occurs when the
dsa tree setup() function fails after successfully probing the last switch in the tree, resulting in a use-after-free error. This happens because the routing table elements pointing to the ports of the failed switch are not properly removed. The vulnerability can lead to a slab-use-after-free bug, as reported by the KASAN (Kernel Address Sanitizer).
