Description A memory leak issue has been identified in the MHI driver of the Linux kernel. The driver registers a network device without setting the needs free netdev flag and fails to call free netdev() when unregistering the network device, resulting in a memory leak. This issue is resolved by calling free netdev() to fix the memory leak, as netdev priv is used after unregistering.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
