Description
A null pointer dereferencing issue has been resolved in the Linux kernel, specifically in the pinctrl dt to map function. The issue occurred when kasprintf() returned a NULL pointer due to kmalloc() failing to allocate memory, leading to a null pointer dereference in the strcmp function. The error was reported by KASAN, with a call trace indicating the involvement of of find property, of find property, and pinctrl dt to map functions.
