Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, specifically via the bbp topic title parameter. This allows authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages, which will execute when a user accesses an injected page.

Recommendations For versions up to and including 2.8.50, update to a version later than 2.8.50 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the bbp topic title parameter to minimize the risk of exploitation.
