Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting in the TCBD Auto Refresher plugin for WordPress. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes in the plugin's 'tcbd auto refresh' shortcode. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above can inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 2.0, update to a version that addresses the insufficient input sanitization and output escaping issue in the 'tcbd auto refresh' shortcode. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the 'tcbd auto refresh' shortcode to prevent authenticated attackers from injecting arbitrary web scripts.
