Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved. The issue is related to a missing overflow check in
xdp umem reg, which can cause the number of chunks to overflow u32. This requires returning -EINVAL on overflow. Additionally, a redundant u32 cast has been removed when assigning umem->npgs.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
