CVE-2025-37815

CVSS v3.1

5.5

Medium

VectorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A kernel panic issue has been resolved in the Linux kernel. The problem occurred when accessing the IRQ handler associated with a generated IRQ, which was fixed by acquiring a spinlock and storing the current interrupt state before handling the interrupt request using generic handle irq. A previous fix patch that replaced generic handle irq with handle nested irq caused a kernel panic when attempting to locate the registered handler after determining which GPIO triggered the interrupt.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
