Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved. The issue occurs when the kernel is configured with CONFIG NETFS SUPPORTS=y and CONFIG PROC FS=n, causing the system to crash. The crash is due to an error path in the netfs init() function, which attempts to create the /proc/fs/netfs directory without checking if CONFIG PROC FS is enabled.
