Description: The WP Content Security Plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the blocked-uri and effective-directive parameters due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Recommendations: For WP Content Security Plugin version 2.3 and earlier, update to a version later than 2.3 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the blocked-uri and effective-directive parameters to minimize the risk of exploitation.
