Description: The issue allows high-privilege users, such as admins, to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks. This is possible because the plugin does not properly sanitize and escape some of its settings. The attack can occur even when the unfiltered html capability is disallowed, for example, in a multisite setup.

Recommendations: For Nokaut Offers Box WordPress plugin versions 1.4.0 and earlier, update to a version that properly sanitizes and escapes its settings to prevent Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks.
